1.Whole structure
This machine tool is made of high-grade cast iron and box-type structure design and manufacture, after proper annealing treatment, eliminate internal stress, tough material, coupled with box-type structure design, high rigid body structure, so that the machine has enough rigidity and strength, the whole machine shows the characteristics of heavy turning ability.
The columns and the worktable base are connected and built on the foundation respectively. The mutual coupling form can effectively insulate heat and vibration. Compared with the conformal structure, it greatly improves the overall rigidity and vibration resistance of the machine .
The upper end of the column is equipped with a beam lifting mechanism, and the AC motor drives the leading screw to lift the beam.
2.Main transmission
The main transmission is driven by a set of horizontal spindle servo motor, and the main motor and the main transmission box are driven by a horizontal shaft mechanism to achieve the speed range required for turning.
The AC gearbox adopts a horizontal shaft two-speed continuously variable gearbox. The two-speed transmission is controlled by a solenoid valve to control the oil circuit of the oil cylinder to change the speed. In order to prevent the transmission cylinder from depressurizing, a pressure relay is installed on the control oil circuit to ensure reliable speed change of the workbench. The main transmission adopts gear transmission, which can achieve high speed and large turning force and good anti-seismic performance. All gears in the gearbox adopt quenching and grinding technology to achieve high transmission accuracy and efficiency, and reduce transmission vibration and noise.
3.Worktable
The whole components of the worktable are thermally symmetrical. High-precision double-row short cylindrical roller bearings are used in the radial direction of the worktable, and large high-precision thrust ball bearings are used as rolling guides in the axial direction, and the thrust ball bearings are preloaded in the axial direction, which not only ensures the rotating accuracy of the worktable, but also improves the bearing capacity of the machine.
The base of the worktable is equipped with a spindle encoder to achieve constant linear speed turning function.
There are four T-shaped slots on the worktable surface for installing chuck jaw and other accessories. The chuck jaw adopts external claw type.
4.Cross beam
The cross beam is composed of horizontal feed transmission mechanism of the tool holder,  cross beam clamping mechanism and  hydraulic device,and so on .
The horizontal feed mechanism of the vertical turning tool holder is installed on the right end of the beam. It is driven by an AC servo motor and is directly connected to the ball screw through a 1:8 reducer to drive the ball screw to rotate, so that the vertical tool holder can achieve horizontal feed and rapid move.
The horizontal guide rail of the beam is guided by the lower guide rail surface of the upper guide rail and the upper guide rail surface of the lower guide rail, and the ball screw is in the middle of the guide rail to completely solve the problem of driving torsional torque. The rail surface of the beam is quenched and ground, and the quenching hardness reaches 45 ~ 55HRC.
The beam is equipped with two clamping points, which adopt a combined mechanical and hydraulic clamping method.
The front guide rail of the crossbeam is equipped with a telescopic stainless steel protective cover, and the lower part of the guide rail is equipped with an oil receiving box.
